Please allow 1-2 weeks notice prior to event date, to place your order. The earlier the better to avoid disappointment (2-3 weeks notice is best). Orders placed less than 1 week in advance will be required to pay in full to book or be charged a rush fee.

A 50% deposit is required 24hrs after receiving the invoice to confirm your order.

NO DEPOSIT = NOCONFIRMATION.

All spots are first come first serve, and all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The final balance must be paid before scheduled pickup.

1 weeks notice is required to cancel an order for the deposit to be transferable. Less than 1 weeks notice will unfortunately result in a non-refundable or transferable deposit as the order process has most likely been started.

Pickup times are from 10am-9pm daily. Clients will be given a 1 hour "grace window" after scheduled pickup time. Any late pickups will be charged $15/hour until the cake has been pick up.
